How it works

Step 1

Initial Questionnaire

Begin by completing a comprehensive questionnaire sent to you via a link. This is the first step in your journey of self-discovery.

 

Step 2

Insightful Video Content

Upon completing the questionnaire, you'll receive an instructive video. Please ensure you watch it before our first session to maximize the benefits of our time together.

 

Step 3

In-Depth Analysis

Your responses will undergo a thorough review (approx. 9-10 hours), encompassing preparation and session times. This deep dive helps identify patterns of self-sabotage and limiting beliefs.

 

Step 4

Interactive Video Sessions 

Experience two in-depth video sessions, each lasting 1.5 to 2 hours. Scheduled a week apart, these sessions are tailored to discuss and devise solutions specific to your needs.

 

Step 5

Post-Session Summation 

After our sessions, you'll receive a comprehensive summary, along with practical tools and strategies to overcome your limiting behaviors.

 

Step 6

Optional Advanced Session

Delve deeper with an optional third session, focusing on nutritional guidance and a personalized workout plan, essential for boosting confidence and managing life's challenges.

 

Step 7

Continued Support

As your coach, I am available for ongoing support and guidance. You can reach out via email for any queries post-sessions.

Brain Rehab 10 Week Program

As someone who had trouble focusing and had some anxiety, trouble focusing and felt like an outcast. I found that a key component in helping me recover from these issues was nutrition which is eating the right foods and proper supplementation to help your brain, as well as removing Neurotoxins and heavy metals from the body and resetting your nervous system so you can be at your best. Whether you have trouble focusing, Depressed, feel socially anxious, or Chronic low levels of energy this will help address your root causes. I will also add on a Basic workout plan to help optimize your Body and mind.

 

How this will work is I will go more into depth about your health and look at your root causes.  You'll be sent a lifestyle questionnaire and then we'll look over after you've completed the questionnaire.

 

 

After the 10 weeks you'll also get 4 additional follow up weeks to help keep you on track and help build new habits. It's time to start getting the healing and plan that you need, after all we live our lives through our Nervous System.
